Welcome to Trapped Doll. By placing a custom order through trappeddoll.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

​

All dolls, statues, sculptures, and personalized creations sold by Trapped Doll are custom-made to the client’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom orders are considered final sale.

​

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order has been processed.

​

Deposits

​

A non-refundable deposit is required before any custom project can be scheduled or designed.

​

The deposit covers:

• Design consultation

• Digital sculpting time

• Project planning

• Material preparation

• Production scheduling

• Reserved production capacity

Once payment has been processed and work has begun, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that the deposit serves as compensation for time, labor, design work, scheduling, and business resources allocated to the custom project.

Production & Final Payment

​

Digital sculpting and project preparation may begin after the deposit is received.

​

However, physical printing, manufacturing, painting, and final production will NOT begin until the

remaining invoice balance has been paid in full.

​

Failure to complete final payment may result in project delays, cancellation of the production slot, or forfeiture of any payments already made.
